Nathan T. Planitz is Florida native who has spent his professional career advocating for clients in Florida and Georgia. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Psychology and went on to receive his J.D. from The Florida State University College of Law.

After receiving his J.D., Mr. Planitz represented multiple national insurers by handling their automobile negligence, trucking, premises liability, wrongful death, and
construction claims. This experience gave him a deep understanding of the defense strategies and tactics used by insurance companies.

Mr. Planitz is an experienced attorney dedicated to advocating for his clients with skill and determination. He understands the personal stress individuals face when in an automobile accident and uses continuous communication and compassion to handle all his clients’ claims with care. He is licensed to practice in Florida and Georgia, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Middle District of Florida, and the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia.
